Why so much CPU usage and why are my games so jumpy in Vista? - index of game exe

Ok, so I have a Dell XPS M1710 maximizes Specifications: Processor T7600G (I have it in any way with 2.33 GHz, 3.16 GHz), 4GB RAM, min 200 GB HDD 7,200 rpm, 512 GB 7950GTX, Windows Vista * Ultimate 32-bit, etc.. Basically, the high end in all directions over laptops.

I repaired everything I can, with on-line guide to various Tweak it runs as he can. Yes, I turned off indexing. Each pulse velocity has been reached, and I have recommended to all Windows updates and patches / recommended updates (including some nVidia).

Now Wmiprvse.exe constant use between 15% and 25% of my CPU constantly all the time. Between his svchost.exe, explorer.exe, dwm.exe during idle use of the processor is 25% -60% at all times, constantly fluctuating. In addition, my RAM began utilization is 1.1 GB! Vista is really so terrible?

Also the games are not only slower (expected), but nervous! I tried many drivers, without success. Any help w / o problem?

can be downloaded to be viewed as xp? ex. Switch to Classic View performance. I guess you ran msconfig and disable any unnecessary garbage.
I am surprised that Dell the flexibility of the CPU. What is your cooling system? Add a chipset, memory and CPU fan in order. Chillers is the Dell CPU fan and the secondary unit takes over and the fans? SO my old 4400 does not work. Hard drives with higher capacity also improves performance. A second 500 GB HD, and use the 200 for an operating system.

PS Post your question on the Yahoo group simplycomputers2. PPL is good

Windows is now with the ridiculous amount of computing power of the memory it consumes. I would personally stick with Windows XP. But have you tried reducing the resolution of their games at work? What about pixel shader graphics card and site quality options, which are trun-or can be eliminated to improve the game. By refusing to improve the resolution and shadows to my game on my old PC. In addition, you can use to temporarily disable your anti-virus.
