What natural remedies would you recommend for slipped disc- and hip joint pain? - hip joint pain more condition_symptoms

He had a herniated disc and how do I get or pain never goes away. I do not use traditional NSAIDs, such as nephritis, twice as a child. Now I realize that I too am a pain in the hip when they are in it. I wonder whether there are natural remedies that work for the relief of chronic pain.

* Lie on your back, knees bent. Keep your back in a neutral position - not too arched and not pressed into the ground. Avoid tilting your hips.
* Cough to activate your abdominal muscles. Hold the contraction of the abdominal muscles, raise your hips from the floor.
* Set up the hips, knees and shoulders. Hold this position and take three deep breaths - is five to eight seconds.
* Return to starting position and repeat. For a challenge, try alternately extending one knee while maintaining the position of the bridge.

This really works. Breathing and alignment, as the movement is an excellent home remedy. Hope this helps. Good luck.
